Innovation Panel Terms & Conditions

Terms and conditions

By submitting an entry to the Norfolk Knowledge Innovation Panel the entrant's agree to the following conditions:

  • Entrants must confirm they have read the terms and conditions of the Norfolk Knowledge Innovation Panel and agree to abide by these guidelines
  • The organisers reserve the right to disqualify any entrant if they reasonably believe that the entrant has acted in breach of the terms and conditions contained in these guidelines
  • The innovation ideas submitted by the entrant are the original work of the entrant(s)
  • Awards will be available for the period of the initiative - January 2011 to March 2012
  • If applicants are successful in reaching the awards stage there will be a due diligence process carried out
  • All decisions of the organisers are final
  • In the event of unforeseen circumstances the awards organisers cannot guarantee the delivery of in-kind prizes
  • Entries must not contain anything that is defamatory, harassing, indecent, libellous, obscene or threatening
  • By entering the initiative, the entrant consents to the use of their personal data solely in relation to the proper administration, management and promotion of the competition
  • By submitting an entry, entrants grant the organisers a non-exclusive license to use the entrants' name and likeness for the purpose of promotional activities
  • Two showcase events to promote the winners and the initiative will be held in March 2011 and January 2012. All winners must be available to attend one of the events
  • The organisers accept no responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by the entrant as a result of entering the initiative or accepting any of the awards. Nothing shall exclude their liability for death or personal injury as a result of their negligence
  • The organisers accept no responsibility for any problems involved in the use of its website, including any problems experienced downloading material from its website and gives no warranty regarding the safety of any third party website accessed from its website
  • The organisers accept no responsibility for the return of any entry submitted to the innovation panel
  • The organisers accept no responsibility for any expenses or costs whatsoever which may be incurred by the entrant as a result of entering the initiative
  • The organisers may cancel or suspend the initiative or amend the rules without notice by posting changes on the website: www.norfolkknowledge.co.uk
